Update on Technology Integration

Hi Parents,

To continue the integration of technology within my teaching and the students learning, I conducted a refresh session with the class using Edmodo (online discussion & appropriate responding) along with Moby-Max (logging in and completing assigned activities). The students will get numerous opportunities to work on the assigned content within class as well as at home. I look forward to your support in assuring your child consistently logs into the different applications and participate. My reasoning behind implementing technology is based on the research findings from educational experts who've showed the positive results academically as well as socially. The applications I chose to use allow technology to be an amazing differentiation tool because it lends for lessons to fit the individual needs of each student. 

Each student has been given there login information. For the students who attended target today, I will have a refresh session with them tomorrow.

Hi Parents,

This coming week there will be a classroom election. The two candidates with the most votes will be our class representatives.  Candidates are not allowed to bring candy or other gifts as part of the election process.
