Teacher Snacks for Conference Week

Parents,

Conference week is October 20-24. We would like to provide snacks for our teachers to enjoy throughout the week.  Please consider volunteering to bring in an item or two and deliver it to the front office of Teasley Main or Primary by Friday October 17th or Monday, October 20th. We really appreciate your help!

Upcoming Events at Teasley

CRCT begins at the Main campus tomorrow.  While testing is underway at the Main campus, lots of fun events are going on at the Primary campus.  

The book fair starts this Friday, going through next week. Teacher appreciation at Primary is April 28-May 2 and Field Day is May 2nd! Sign up here to help with teacher appreciation.  Sign Up - teacher appreciation

Teacher appreciation at Main will be May 5-9. If you or your business would like to donate a gift card for our annual teacher and staff appreciation gift card raffle, please send it in an envelope to the Teasley PTA as soon as possible!

Board of Education Candidate forum

Attached is a flyer for a Post 6 Cobb County Board of Education Candidate Forum scheduled for April 21st.  The event is collaboratively hosted by the Sope Creek Elementary School Council, PTA & Foundation.  Childcare will be provided during the event.

Donations for Clinic Needed!

The school nurses are running low and could use a few supplies.  We really appreciate our generous families.

Clorox wipes

Crackers (saltine etc.) 

Peppermints-for sore throats - costco has big tubs of them

Hand soap refill bottle (to refill our dispensers) 

Large band-aids, non latex please

Hand sanitizer (refill bottles are fine)

PTA is thrilled to announce the nominations for next year's Executive Board. We know this team will work hard on behalf of all of us to ensure that Teasley has the volunteers and financial resources it needs to be a place for your children to thrive. Mark your Calendars

Cobb County Schools have announced early dismissal for the last two days of school, May 20 and 21.  Elementary Schools will release at approximately 12:30 p.m.  ASP will begin at this time.  

School Council Nominations Sought
